CANCELATION POLICY

We get that life can throw curveballs, and we're here to roll with it! Your time is precious, and so is mine, so let's make sure we're on the same page. Here's my cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to change your schedule, just give me a heads-up 48 hours before your appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice come with a fee – the full price of services booked.

Fashionably Late?
I want you to be able to enjoy the full experience. Let me know if you are not able to arrive on time. We'll still find a way to fit in what we can before my next guest arrives, or we'll find another time that aligns with both of our schedules.
Booking:
To secure your spot in the chair, we need a card to swipe right! Cancellation fees may apply if needed.

Emergencies:
Even superheroes need a day off, right? If a real-life emergency pops up, I feel you. A cancellation fee may still apply, but we will use that for your next visit or it will be waived depending on the severity of the emergency.

Text, Don't Ghost:
Communication is the key to any good relationship! Let me know 48 hours ahead if plans change. I'll appreciate the heads-up, and you'll keep the good vibes flowing.

Three Strikes:
Oops, did you miss a few appointments? No worries! We just ask for you to pay for the services you're booking upfront.
